The location of the hotel in the Salamanca area is perfect for exploring Madrid's luxury shops and Retiro Park. The hotel is also close to the U.S. Embassy and museums, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and outgoing. The rooms are spotlessly clean, quiet, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the special room that accommodated a disabled person, with features like an attached shower bench. The hotel restaurant offers a delicious breakfast and dinner, and the bar has a nice atmosphere. the hotel provides great value for money.

The hotel is located in a good neighborhood, near the coach station and in one of the best areas of the city. The cleanliness and hotel facilities are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is satisfying.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed with the quality of service and amenities. This place is located quite close to the bus terminal where the airport bus stops, making it a convenient location for travelers. The room service was top-notch, and the laundry facilities were very useful during my stay. The staff were always available and ready to help in any way they could. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the dining restaurant was a great place to grab a bite to eat.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's location was excellent, being in the heart of a lively area within walking distance of the main shopping area and underground. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of pastries and a great coffee selection. the hotel offered convenient facilities such as a kettle and coffee maker in the room.
The hotel had poor service and disengaged staff, providing no help even with basic requests.

We had a pleasant stay at Nh Madrid Balboa. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a great shower.
