The location of the hotel in the Salamanca area is perfect for exploring Madrid's luxury shops and Retiro Park. The hotel is also close to the U.S. Embassy and museums, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and outgoing. The rooms are spotlessly clean, quiet, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the special room that accommodated a disabled person, with features like an attached shower bench. The hotel restaurant offers a delicious breakfast and dinner, and the bar has a nice atmosphere. the hotel provides great value for money.
